Disconnect to Reconnect

It's common to bring work, school, and other sources of stress home with us. Focusing on various problems or annoyances after we leave the environment they're in can make it hard to see the big picture and the more enjoyable aspects of life. If this is happening to you, it probably means you need a break. Take some time for yourself by changing the scenery around you. Go for a walk, spend time at the beach, or take a camping trip. Disconnect from the annoyances and allow yourself time to reconnect to what's actually important in life. At the very least, you'll come back refreshed and perhaps with a more positive mindset.
