Sometimes we really struggle with stress and self-doubt. Others reassure you that you're capable, but lately it’s been hard to believe them. Various parts of your life are all competing for attention. Finding a balance is becoming difficult. There's so much on your mind that you don't know where to start. It's hard to quiet those racing thoughts, and at the same time it's tough to focus. You may have started falling behind on important tasks. You worry about not being good enough. You want to restore a sense of balance and gain self-confidence, but you're having trouble getting started and question if things will ever get better.
